Return & Refund Policy
Because each device is checked and approved at doorstep, returns are generally not required.
However, we provide:
Testing Warranty
Customers receive a limited testing warranty period (clearly informed at delivery).
If any functional issue appears within this period:
We will repair, replace, or provide a suitable resolution after inspection.
Important Notes
Physical damage or water damage after delivery is not covered.
Warranty applies only to functional defects not visible during delivery check.
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days.
